Restaurants are not only a place to dine but restaurants coffee shops are places to connect. Long before the facebook and twitter are, the only way people used to connect were due to places like these, the restaurants, coffee shops. These were the places where people used to come together, watch a match, have a dinner. All that was meant to connect with each other, long before groups and forums on the social networking sites came into existence. The only places to connect were the restaurants.
Food has always been a connecting point in our lives from a very long time. So we can never underestimate the role of these restaurants cum recreational centres. Restaurants in reading have a lot to offer, but very few of them have to offer a great ambience, a troupe of good people to serve you better and more importantly the perfect environment. Our hunger factor is composition of different elements in it. It is composed of the environment we are in, if we are in a non-friendly environment, certainly our hunger shall go down, if the food presented to us is not presented in a certain fashion we like, it would reduce our inclination towards the dish and also towards that particular restaurant.
The food presented to us has to presentable, the complete making of the food has to be hygienic and the materials used also have to be fresh, so that there is no scope of complaints. Complaints in the food industry have to be 0, because the margin of error is very less. It’s very less, it’s like living in a binary world, where 1 means alive and 0 means you are dead. But in the food industry it’s just reverse, here 0 error means you are alive whereas 1 means you are dead.
It is important for us to collect the feedbacks from our customers, because it is because of the feedback we’ll be knowing the areas in which we need to develop ourselves, improving is a very important for us as the taste of people keeps changing with the new traditions, new style statements. Life changes pretty rapidly these days. Earlier an era used to be of 20 years, the changing rate was pretty slow. And if a fashion was introduced it was meant to stay for a very long period of time. But times have changed and in the present era, fashion and style statement are introduced in the morning and by evening it becomes a thing of the past. To come with sync in a world like this we need to be competitive and as well as attentive. We are always on our toes to not even keep creating new things but also at the same time not create something that has always been created.
